Article 16. Natural persons who have the right to obtain a weapon permit, purchase, store, carry and transport weapons and special means

1) A natural person who has reached the age of 16 has the right to purchase, keep and carry gas cylinders intended for self-defense and to use them for self-defense.

2) A natural person who has reached the age of 18 has the right to:

• acquire, store and transport cold weapons, low-energy pneumatic weapons and their ammunition and use these weapons in training and sports competitions;
• purchase, store and carry electric shock devices intended for self-defense and use them for self-defense;
• purchase, store and carry gas pistols (revolvers) and their ammunition and use them for self-defense.
